System requirements

The Toolbar is designed to work with the following operating systems and browsers:
- Microsoft Windows 2000
- Microsoft Windows XP
- Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or greater)
- Mozilla Firefox (version 2.0 or greater)

Toolbar options

The Toolbar provides options to allow you to customize your settings as you like. Accessed by clicking on the "Options" menu item under the Logo button (by clicking on the arrow immediately to the right of the toolbar's logo).
The options dialog is divided into more tabs.
Under the General tab, there are options available to customize the buttons that are displayed on the Toolbar.
Under the Advanced Options tab, you will be able to customize the way the Toolbar works within your browser.
Set search provider for address bar – This option sets the default search used in the Address Bar.
Show search box on new tabs – This option will display a search page each time you open a new tab in your browser.
Let us help with navigation errors – This option will assist you by displaying an enhanced error page that will provide suggestions and search capability in the case of a missing or non-existent web page.
Set search provider for browser search box – This option sets the default search used in the browser search box
Toolbar Re-display - This option will remind you, weekly, if you have hidden the Toolbar. If you do not wish to be reminded, please un-check the box.

General issues

  • Does the Toolbar conflict with my browser’s other add-ons?
    The toolbar should not affect the performance of any other browser add-ons. If you encounter a problem concerning this issue, please contact our Support Center.
  • How do I uninstall the Toolbar?
    You may uninstall this software at any time and with no limitations, using the standard uninstall procedures as offered with your computer's operating system or your Internet browser.
    Click the Start button and then select Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
    In the list of programs, find the Toolbar, select it, and click Change/Remove.
